loved the Townhouse @ Newlands Street Stoke! It was super clean - modern, and oh-so-comfy. The place is just a stone's throw away from Staffordshire University - which was perfect for me. They even provided tea and coffee packets - water, and travel-sized toiletries. Plus - the staff were really accommodating and gave us parking permits eventually.
Can recommend.

I was absolutely blown away by the size of the rooms at this place! They were so spacious, I could hardly believe it. Not only that, but there was an abundance of cutlery in the kitchen - I never had to worry about running out! The location couldn't have been more perfect for me, as it was super close to Staffordshire University. The place itself was modern, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find tea and coffee packets, along with a bottle of water, travel-sized toiletries, and even a roll of toilet paper provided. The staff were always quick to answer the phone when things went wrong, although they weren't always the most helpful. However, they were very accommodating when we asked them to clean the kitchen, and eventually provided us with parking permits. my stay was mind-blowing in terms of the spacious bedrooms, great location, and comfortable amenities. I definitely recommend this place to others!

Lastly, the staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
My stay at this hotel was okay, but there was one aspect that could be improved. The WiFi was a bit unreliable in certain areas of the building, which made it inconvenient for guests like myself who relied on a stable connection.
